Original Fest took over Caliza Pool Bar in Puerto de Sagunto for three unforgettable days of live music, energy, and community — all with free entry, making it even better.

The festival kicked off at 7PM on Friday May 9th, with Paola Vilatela, who gave a killer performance despite being sick — total pro. She was followed by Los Nodoyunas, Tu Ex, Decadencia Blues Band, Eterna, and The Wildthroats, covering everything from pop rock to garage punk and alt-metal. Sadly, Valandaluz couldn’t play due to technical issues.

Things started early on Saturday May 10th at 12:30 with El Beso del Sapo, 15 Watts, and Tensión No Resuelta. The evening resumed at 6PM with The Fires and Otras Yerbas, getting the crowd fired up before Sentencia took the stage — just as rain hit. Their set had to pause, but the crowd stuck around, grabbing food, drinks, merch, and even supporting some local charities. Once the rain cleared, Sentencia came back to finish their set, and the night rolled on with Pateticus, Evanora, Bendita Locura, Faradai, and Vulturna. A wild mix of rock, punk, hard rock, and metal.

Sunday May 1th and the final day was short and sweet under the sun. Ronda Norte brought solid rock vibes, and Terror Cuplé closed the fest with a cool, theatrical set influenced by Lou Reed, Bowie, and Parálisis Permanente. At the end, the organizers thanked everyone — the crowd, the bands, the crew — and confirmed there’ll be a third edition next year. Oh, and a few lucky folks walked away with some giveaways.

A weekend full of music, passion, and connection—Original Fest proved once again it’s here to stay.
